Soon we will announce our plan for AwakeningSoul in the time of Coronavirus. There will be streaming options and pricing will be posted here. In the meantime, if you are so moved, please register and we will make adjustments to your registration as our plans change.
The early registration discount has been extended thru June 30th.
We have reduced the risk of registration. The non-refundable portion of the $200 deposit is now only $50.

Please know that in our current situation everything is fluid. If you want to come and stay on site, please register as a commuter with no housing or as a commuter with Fairfield housing. Then "register" for the waitlist for your desired on-site housing. We know that we will have cancellations. There is a good chance that you will get the housing that you prefer.

All packages include the entire four day event, all presentations, workshops, nine meals, and the concert on Saturday night by the AwakeningSoul Ensemble.
On site housing - Costs include lodging for 3 nights, the program, and nine meals
Kohnjoy double occupancy - $635 before July 1st, $685 after July 1st - FULL - you can request to be put on the waitlist for a room in Kohnjoy
A motel style room with two double beds, individually controlled heating, and a private bath. Kohnjoy rooms are only available for double occupancy.
Single occupancy - $635 before July 1st, $685 after July 1st - FULL - you can request to be put on the waitlist for a single room on-site
A single room in Thornburg or in a cottage. Thornburg is a dormitory style building, each room has two twin beds, a private sink/toilet, and shares a shower with one other single room. The cottages are rustic retreat housing; each cottage bedroom has a private bath with shower. There are a limited number of single rooms available.
Standard double occupancy - - $575 before July 1st, $625 after July 1st $625 - FULL - you can request to be put on the waitlist for a double room on-site

The cottages are rustic retreat housing; each cottage bedroom has a private bath with shower. You can specify a roommate when you register, or a roommate will be assigned
Note: Several of the cottages are some distance from the meeting and meal spaces. You will need the ability and willingness to walk 10 minutes plus or the availability of a car to get back and forth for the sessions.
Commuter - Costs include the program and nine meals
Commuter - $475 before July 1st, $525 after July 1st
We have no residency restrictions for commuter registration. As a commuter you may be a local resident, someone staying with a friend, or someone who just prefers to select their own lodging. There are plenty of hotel and rental options in the area.
Commuter with 3 nights single occupancy at The Fairfield Inn -
$760 before July 1st, $810 after July 1st
The Fairfield in is less than 10 minutes away from Lutheridge. Transportation will be available to and from Lutheridge. The hotel runs airport pick-up service if you are flying in.
Commuter with 3 nights double occupancy at The Fairfield Inn -
$660 before July 1st, $710 after July 1st
The Fairfield in is less than 10 minutes away from Lutheridge. Transportation will be available to and from Lutheridge. The hotel runs airport pick-up service if you are flying in.
+ There will be a meditation room and a commuter lounge on site for break times if you are a commuter.
Additional Comments Regarding Pricing and Registration

If you are flying into Asheville and staying on site, Lutheridge will provide transportation to and from the airport. This service is $5 each way.

Through the generous donation of an anonymous donor we are able to offer scholarships to a limited number of young adults. If you are under 40 and are interested in a partial scholarship, please complete and submit the application form or call Ann at 865-414-8509.

Payment and Cancellation policy ...
A deposit of $200 per participant is required to hold space for AwakeningSoul and must be received by NovusWay within two (2) weeks of the date of your registration. If not received, your registration may be cancelled to allow others to register. Final Payment must be received no later that September 5, 2020. Lutheridge accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and Checks. Checks can be sent to AwakeningSoul Registrar, c/o Lutheridge Conference Center, 2049 Upper Laurel Dr., Arden, NC 28704.
Our cancellation policy for 2020 is wide open. If you need to cancel you can cancel. You will receive a refund of all but $50 of your deposit/registration fee. We hope that you understand our need to hold on to $50 to cover commitments we are making now to prepare for November.
