Pricing for 2020 is pretty simple ...​​

  • The price for AwakeningSoul 2020 is $385

  • We have reduced the risk of registration - the non-refundable  portion of the deposit is now only $50

We know that there are currently many offerings available to you on-line that are free or at a very low cost. We are unable to do that as we have no institutional backing and, more importantly, because our values are integrated into every aspect of AwakeningSoul, including business decisions. Every speaker, musician, and business entity that we do business with has been hurt desperately since March with cancellations of conferences and shows. Our contracts with them are more than contracts – they are relationships – important relationships. We are unwilling to ask anyone to slash their fee for us so that we can offer a more attractive price tag. We hope and trust that you understand the value of what we offer and that you will partner with us as we step into this virtual world together.

 

The virtual registration fee includes all elements of programming for the four day event, all presentations, workshops, River's sound meditation, and the concert on Saturday night by the AwakeningSoul Ensemble.

Payment and Cancellation policy ...

A deposit of $200 per participant is required within two (2) weeks of the date of registration. Final Payment must be received no later that September 5, 2020. Lutheridge accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and Checks. Checks can be sent to AwakeningSoul Registrar, c/o Lutheridge Conference Center, 2049 Upper Laurel Dr., Arden, NC 28704.

 

2020 Cancellation Policy: We have implemented a low-risk registration policy for this year. If you need to cancel for any reason between the time of registration and November 4th you can request a refund of all fees paid minus a $50 non-refundable deposit.
